Inspired Recruitment was born from a simple but powerful belief: education has the power to change the world, and great educators deserve to be heard.
Founded in 2022 by passionate education individuals who saw the flaws in traditional recruitment, we set out to do things differently. Where others saw CVs and checklists, we saw people with stories, values, and dreams.
From humble beginnings with just two people and a handful of clients, we've grown into a team of experts working with over 200 schools and centres across Australia. But what truly sets us apart isn’t just our numbers, it’s our purpose.
We are the only recruitment agency giving a real voice to teachers and educators. Through digital interviews, tailored questions, and a transparent, candidate-first process, we ensure that every educator is seen, heard, and respected.
