Having worked in education since 2016, Rachel brings a well-rounded understanding of teaching, learning, and the evolving needs of schools. Her career began working directly in schools, giving her valuable insight into classroom environments and the challenges educators face daily.

After moving into education recruitment in the UK, Rachel spent almost 3 years supporting Primary and Secondary schools across London. During this time, she built a strong understanding of the recruitment landscape, partnering closely with school leaders to find high-quality teaching and support staff who genuinely align with each school’s culture and values.

She is passionate about bringing her UK experience to provide continued support to schools across New South Wales. Rachel takes pride in offering a thoughtful, tailored approach to recruitment and building strong, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
