This is a full-time permanent role for someone who wants to lead from the front — billing, mentoring, and constantly finding smarter ways to attract educators into our network.

What you'll be doing
- Leading, coaching and motivating a team of 2–3 recruitment consultants to hit and exceed their targets
- Developing new, creative and innovative sourcing strategies to attract educators in a competitive, candidate-short market
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with schools and candidates across Primary and Secondary Education
- Driving team performance, accountability and a culture of ambition and high achievement
- Managing your own desk and billings while helping your team grow theirs
- Staying ahead of market trends and continuously finding new ways to engage hard-to-reach talent
- Proven, demonstrable results in recruitment — you've billed well and you can show it
- A genuine leader's mindset: someone who can push, motivate and inspire a team to achieve great things
- Experience mentoring, coaching or leading consultants (formally or informally)
- Innovative and creative thinking — you find new angles others miss
- Hunger to earn big and the drive to back it up
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
What's in it for you
Earnings:
- $110,000 base salary + 12% superannuation
- Up to 40% bonus on your individual billings
- 30% profit share on everything after your team achieves 20% of profit: genuine upside when your team performs
- 5 weeks of annual leave
- + Paid days off between Christmas and New Year (office shutdown)
- + 1 day off for your birthday +
- + 1 additional day of annual leave for every year of service with the company +
- + VIP Club: invoice $500k in a financial year and earn an extra fully paid week of annual leave, in a resort with other VIPs
- Full-time, permanent role
- Hybrid: 1 day WFH, 4 days in our Martin Place office (2 steps from the Metro & Train station)
- Ideal start date before 1 September
- Onshore applicants only: you must be based in Australia
