Experienced Recruiter – Schools Desk (WA)
Location: Perth, WA
Salary: Competitive base + up to 40% commissions

Inspired Recruitment is expanding to Perth & WA, and we are looking for a driven and experienced recruiter to launch our Schools Desk in Western Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to build something from the ground up, backed by one of the fastest-growing specialist education recruitment agencies in Australia.

About You

• Strong background in Business Development – proven ability to win and grow client relationships
• Previous experience in recruitment (education experience is a bonus, but not essential)
• Sales-hungry, driven, and motivated by results
• Independent, entrepreneurial mindset – excited by the challenge of building a desk and team from scratch
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

About the Role: You will be responsible for launching and growing Inspired Recruitment’s Schools Desk in WA. With the backing of a national brand and strong client relationships across Australia, you will have the tools and support to succeed. This role is based in Perth and offers the chance to shape and lead our expansion in the state.
