The Opportunity

• Design and maintain a positive, stimulating setting for children’s curiosity, growth, and engagement.
• Actively support children’s learning and well-being by facilitating purposeful, developmentally-appropriate activities.
• Regularly observe and evaluate each child’s development
• Build strong, positive relationships through daily interactions with children, families, and team members.
• Show a genuine love for working with children and a deep understanding of their developmental milestones and needs.
• Work closely with the team to provide a supportive, collaborative learning environment that enhances each child's educational journey.

About You

• Bachelor, Graduate Diploma or Masters in Early Childhood
• NESA Registration
• Knowledge of EYLF and NQS
• You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• First Aid & CPR certification (or a willingness to obtain)
