What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading the academic and pastoral care of students in your year level
- Supporting classroom teachers and working closely with other Heads of Year and the executive team
- Managing student wellbeing, attendance, and engagement programs
- Building strong relationships with students, staff, and families
- Contributing to a collaborative and positive school community
- Experienced secondary teacher with a strong understanding of student development and wellbeing
- Proven leadership capability or ready to take on your first leadership role
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Committed to inclusive practices and continuous improvement
- Current VIT registration (or eligibility to obtain it)
- Outstanding leadership support and mentoring
- Collaborative and friendly team culture
- A clear commitment to professional growth and development
