About You:
  • Qualified Early Childhood Educator or Teacher (Diploma or Bachelor)
  • A natural mentor with a passion for guiding and inspiring others
  • Deep understanding of the EYLF, NQF, and child-led learning approaches
  • Reflective, collaborative, and committed to inclusive education
  • Confident communicator who builds strong, respectful relationships
