Your Role:
  • Lead & mentor early childhood educators to enhance learning outcomes
  • Oversee curriculum development aligned with EYLF & NQF
  • Drive Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) & Assessment & Rating readiness (A&R)
  • Ensure compliance with National Quality Standards (NQS) regulations
  • Foster family & community engagement

About You:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or ACECQA-approved qualification
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as an ECT or Educational Leader
  • Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) & First Aid Certificate
  • Strong knowledge of QIP
  • Eexperience with Assessment & Rating (preferred)
