The Opportunity
  • Assist in Educational Programs, support the preparation, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development in children.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times through proactive supervision and meaningful interactions.
  • Build positive relationships with families, sharing child development insights and working collaboratively on school readiness programs.
  • Contribute to a cooperative team environment, maintaining trust and professional respect, and actively participating in staff meetings and professional development.
  • Adhere to relevant legislation, organizational policies, and procedures while identifying and addressing potential risks to maintain a safe and compliant environment.
  • Assist in maintaining children's portfolios, recording observations, and contributing to planning programs based on child development theories and frameworks.
About You
  • Certificate III in Children’s Services
  • current Working with Children’s Check.
  • Strong understanding of child development and the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with families.
  • Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and compliance requirements.
