The Opportunity
The role of a Full-time Educator is both rewarding and impactful, as it involves working closely with young children, supporting their early development, and collaborating with a team of educators and families. Here's a breakdown of the key responsibilities and skills required for this position:
- Support in documentation and programming.
- Ensure high levels of communication and collaborate to create a stimulating learning environment.
- Assist with planning and setting up interactive and engaging spaces.
- Establish and maintain a supportive team relationship with other early childhood educators and families.
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- 2+ years of relevant experience as an assistant educator
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
