About You:
  • Possess a Certififcate III or Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
  • Current First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis & Asthma certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience leading teams and guiding curriculum planning
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills
  • Passion for continuous learning and development
  • Ability to work in Mildura or relocate
