About You:
  • Possess a Bachelor of Education/Teaching (Early Childhood) or equivalent
  • You have proven leadership skills and can effectively guide and support a diverse team
  • You possess a deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework
  • You are committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment, with experience working in culturally diverse communities being highly desirable.
  • You bring strong communication and conflict resolution skills
