Your Role:
  • Lead, mentor, and support a passionate team of educators
  • Assist the Centre Director on day-to-day duties
  • Step into the Director role when required
  • Enjoy designated non-contact time each week
  • Support with administration, enrolments, and family tours
  • Help drive curriculum and routines that nurture each child’s curiosity, independence, and creativity
  • Be part of a values-driven service that embraces biophilic design, nutritious in-house meals, and genuine community connection
About You:
  • Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or actively working towards)
  • Previous leadership or Responsible Person experience
  • Sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
  • A supportive, team-first attitude
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and mentoring skills
  • A true passion for early years education
