Lucas started his recruitment career back in 2018 and over the years, he has built a passion for building relationships with both educational institutions & individual educators.

He believes in the transformative power of knowledge and the impact each teacher or educator can have on tomorrow’s generation.

He is intensely engaged in the education recruitment sector and seeks to bring innovation and energy to the industry. He believes that effective recruitment should not just be based on a matching a candidate’s CV to a client’s job vacancy, but rather on matching a unique passion and personality to a unique position and possibility.
