The Opportunity
  • Support in developing engaging play-based activities that promote children's learning and development
  • Observe and assess children's growth and progress
  • Assist in implementing Curriculum by applying the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
  • Create a Nurturing Environment by fostering a warm, supportive atmosphere where children feel valued, respected, and encouraged to explore and learn.
  • Work closely with other educators and staff to develop and deliver a cohesive and comprehensive educational program.
  • Build positive relationships with families, keeping them informed and involved in their child’s learning journey.
  • Uphold and promote the values, mission, and philosophy of the centre by contributing to a strong sense of community and shared purpose.
About You:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Possess a valid First Aid Certificate, including Anaphylaxis Training and Asthma Awareness Training.
